Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a well-known American actor. In 1983, after her debut film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames in 1983 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was a well-known member of the group. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. Her movie career started in her early 80s when she was featured as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film where other actors were equally prominent, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her first success led her to make an appearance in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. The film was written and directed by John Hughes is considered one among the most memorable high school films ever made. Though the budget was only $1 million, its profits surpassed 50 million dollars. At the same time the actress began appearing on TV in various shows such as CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first appearance on television. It was a show designed for teens and aired in April of 1980. Other shows on TV she was in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. A few of her most recent appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse a film about an X-Men superhero, where she is a cameo. Sheedy is the recipient of numerous awards for her exceptional performances, including an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
